On June 27th, as a part of the “Safe Study Abroad 2018” program, Fujian FAO officials were invited to give a briefing on consular protection service to over 300 people including students about to study abroad and intermediary organizations.

Leaflets on consular protection were handed out at the briefing. FAO officials explained the idea of consular protection and duties of consular officials, and used examples to show how to seek consular assistance overseas and the dos and don’ts before and after going abroad.
