接新西兰驻上海总领事馆函告，新西兰领馆签证处在核查公务团组签证申请时，对以下新西兰邀请组织或机构出具的邀请函不予接受，请各团组在提交出访邀请函时注意把关。

另接外交部通知，据新西兰移民局规定，持新西兰过境签证者，停留时间不得超过24
小时，不能出机场，如需要停留超过24
